3rd Annual Belk's Kid Fest - Spotsylvania
12 - 3 pm It's time again for the semi-annual KidFest at the Spotsylvania Mall!!  Featuring an in-store fashion show with clothing from the children's department (ages 4-11). Participants in the fashion show will receive a 25% discount on purchases made in the children's department. There will also be a face painter, refreshments, and door prizes.
